Delivery, returns and the honest answers
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days for most addresses, and you'll get tracking as soon as the order leaves. Orders over $45 ship free; below that it's a flat $4.95.
Can I return something?
Yes — 30 days from delivery, unopened, and we cover the return postage if the fault is ours. Opened hygiene items and first-aid consumables can't be returned once the seal is broken, which is a safety rule rather than a preference.
What does "deliver monthly" actually do?
It places the same order again on the same date each month and takes 5% off every repeat. It isn't a contract — skip or stop any time from the link in your order email, and you're told three days before each one goes out.
Who am I buying from?
WipeKing. We're the seller of record, so we handle your order, your delivery and anything that goes wrong with it — you deal with us, not a third party.
Something arrived damaged or missing.
Send a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace or refund it, whichever you'd rather. No return needed for damaged consumables — posting a crushed pack back helps nobody.
