Where things stand

We're a new shop and we're opening on eBay rather than taking card payments ourselves — so your money is handled by eBay, you get their buyer protection on every purchase, and you never hand card details to a small independent seller. The listings go live shortly.

Until then the restock reminder is free and needs no account. It's genuinely useful on its own, and it'll tell you what to reorder when we open.

The honest answers

Can I order right now?

Not yet — the eBay listings are being set up. Use "tell me when it's live" on anything you want and we'll email you the moment it's up. The restock reminder works today.

Who am I actually buying from?

WipeKing. We're the seller of record on every listing — we pack it and we send it. eBay handles the payment and sits behind the transaction if anything goes wrong.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatched from stock within one business day of your order clearing. Tracking is uploaded as soon as the parcel leaves, and you'll see it on your eBay order.

Can I return something?

30 days, through eBay's returns process. Hygiene items need to be unopened — the exact terms are on each listing.

Why don't you show prices here?

Because they'd go stale. Prices live on the eBay listings where they're always current, rather than being copied here and slowly drifting out of date.
